About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Composites Technician to join our Composite Racing Composites team in Woking, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new production methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and manufacture complex composite components.
  • Ensure all parts meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
