Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking an experienced F1 Car Component Specialist to join our composite assembly manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in producing high-quality composite parts and assemblies for our 2024 Formula One car.

Main Objectives:
  • To produce parts that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • To ensure all parts conform to specific technical requirements
  • Inspection of completed components to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Trimming and assembling carbon fibre components with precision
  • Initial assembly of new car parts
  • Service and maintenance of components after racing events
  • Preparation of parts for Non Destructive Testing inspection
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good practical skills and knowledge of Carbon fibre component assembly
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can develop your skills and expertise.
