Skilled CNC Brake Press Specialist Wanted for Challenging Role

Company Overview: A leading designer and manufacturer of specialist safety equipment is actively seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join their in-house Manufacturing Team.
The company, based in the UK, offers a unique opportunity for experienced Sheet Metal Workers, Setter/Operators, fabricators, welders, or workshop technicians to take on a challenging role.
Salary: The estimated hourly rate for this position is £15-20 per hour, depending on experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including 40 hours work week, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, and sick pay available after probation.
Job Description: As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating the Brake Press and Punch machines, working with 316L stainless steel mostly 3mm but something down to 1mm. You will need to be able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience of using either a CNC brake press or punch machine and a real passion for attention to detail. Self-motivation, ability to work independently as well as within a team, and comfort with working on several projects simultaneously are essential.
Benefits: In addition to the competitive salary and benefits package, the company offers flexible start and finish times, with an option to finish at lunchtime on Fridays if all hours are made up. Overtime is available at the needs of the business.
