CNC Machining Specialist

iO Associates is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a precision machining specialist, you will be responsible for operating multi-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a state-of-the-art facility with cutting-edge technology. You will be part of a high-performance team that sets the benchmark for precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Set and program machines to meet industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, tooling, and inspection processes.
- Assist in improving workholding, machining methods, and programs.
- Extensive experience as a CNC machinist, supported by a recognized level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Expertise in setting and operating multi-axis machining centres.
- Proven experience in machining small batch precision components, preferably in high-demand industries.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, car schemes, life insurance, pension contributions, and on-site facilities (gym and restaurant).
