About The Role

The People Services Team at AO is responsible for delivering a timely and right-first-time people administration service across all business locations. As a key member of the team, you will proactively support the wider People teams, AOers, and line managers with people support across the entire AO lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively deliver a people administration service across all business locations.
  • Manage the people inbox/ticketing system to meet SLAs.
  • Ensure accurate recording of employee details across starters, leavers, and movements within people systems.
  • Onboard new AOers into the business as the first point of contact.

About You

  • Experience working in an HR/People Services environment to SLAs.
  • Ability to build great relationships with colleagues and key contacts across AO.
  • Proficiency in business software, including Word, Excel, and a people system or similar enterprise system.
  • Understanding of GDPR provisions and their applicability to the People Administrator role.
