About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Coordinator to join our national award-winning support team in Bolton.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Help service users develop the skills needed to move on into independent living/permanent housing via a person-centred support package.
- Work on a rota to contribute to the staffing of a 24-hours-a-day service.
- Provide support to service users in activities of daily living required for independence.
- Motivate and empower service users to have greater control and choice over their life and opportunities.
About You
We are looking for a Service Coordinator with:
- Experience of managing a caseload of service users.
- An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages.
- Experience in helping others understand their goals and helping them to achieve an outcome.
- Skills in recording and reporting case notes via an online Customer Relationship Management system.
- Experience of working within safeguarding policies and procedures.

This role is salaried at £23,985.00 dependent on experience and skill set evidenced at interview.
