We're looking for a Sales and Brand Development Manager who can introduce our products to new markets, expand our customer base, and lead the charge in creating a globally recognised brand.

Your Role

This is a career-defining opportunity for a sales professional with vision. You'll be the architect of our brand's success, starting at ground level with support to develop new markets, create demand, and bring our products to the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce our beers to new venues, distributors, and market segments that align with our values. Build key relationships to set us up for growth.
  • Design and execute sales strategies that generate brand awareness, drive sales, and help us build a loyal customer base. You'll have the freedom to experiment, refine, and deliver innovative ideas.
  • Be the passionate face of our brand. Represent us at industry events, tastings, festivals, and meetings, where you'll share our story and vision, connect with key players, and build lasting partnerships.
  • Create impactful campaigns, plan exciting seasonal launches, and generate buzz around our brewery.
  • Track sales metrics, analyse market trends, and adjust strategies to ensure our brand's continued growth and relevance.
