Role Overview
Sterling Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role involves researching and sourcing potential new business, increasing sales, and supporting current customers in the manufacturing and supply of products for high temperature and extreme environments.

Responsibilities
* Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
* Keeping customer informed of new products
* Actively prospecting for new customers in the UK and international markets
* Compiling proposals and data related to products
* Ensuring that sales targets are achieved
* Updating records of customer communications and contact information via CRM

Requirements
* Experience in sales and marketing
* Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
* Good time management
* The ability to identify and follow up on leads
* Willingness to travel to different locations and work flexible hours
* Technical knowledge of industrial applications and systems
* Knowledge of sales promotion techniques
* Willingness to travel

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum DOE + Quarterly Bonus.
