Job Title: MEP Construction Manager

ICDS is seeking a highly skilled MEP Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our MEP department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' construction teams, ensuring the successful delivery of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and improve MEP design to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with MEP contractors to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3rd Level Building Services/Engineering degree and/or trade background.
  • Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in a site-based MEP role.
  • Experience working on hyperscale data centers.
  • Excellent IT skills.
