MEP Construction Manager Job Description

ICDS Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled MEP Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our MEP department, you will be responsible for providing MEP support to our clients' construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve MEP design for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with MEP contractors to ensure timely and high-quality installation of MEP systems.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to minimize delays and costs.
  • Monitor and report on MEP progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to MEP contractors, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3rd Level Building Services/Engineering degree and/or trade background.
  • Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in a site-based MEP role.
  • Experience working on hyperscale data centers.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to prepare reports and administer paperwork.
