MEP Construction Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Construction Manager to join our team at ICDS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS LTD. As a key member of our MEP department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' construction teams, ensuring the successful delivery of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and improve MEP design for optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with MEP contractors to develop and implement technical solutions.
  3. Assist in the generation and review of shop drawings and technical submittals.
  4. Monitor and track MEP progress, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  5. Develop and maintain procurement and shop drawing trackers for MEP contractors.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to MEP contractors on installation and commissioning.
  7. Review and determine acceptable deviations from design and shop drawings.
  8. Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  9. Monitor and report on MEP progress, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
