Job Title: MEP Construction Manager

ICDS is seeking a highly skilled MEP Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our MEP department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' construction teams, ensuring the successful delivery of MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and improve MEP design to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with MEP contractors to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  5. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality MEP installations.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to MEP contractors, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  7. Coordinate with clients' Cx teams to ensure successful commissioning and handover of MEP projects.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including ITPs, inspection notices, and commissioning plans.
