Rapid Response Nurse

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a challenging role in community care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Rapid Response Nurse to join our team at Superior Healthcare.
This role involves providing clinical support to our clients in their own homes when their regular team members are unable to provide support. You will work with clients with a wide variety of life-limiting conditions, including conditions from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal injuries and brain injuries, as well as those requiring interventions such as ventilations, gastrostomy and bowel management.
As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will have a 2-week rota, with regular hours. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care, advocating for clients' best interests, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures.
We offer a competitive rate with the opportunity to work overtime to increase your salary. You will also have access to thorough paid training and supported induction, with annual paid refreshers, and a range of wellbeing support including up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience. You will also need to be experienced in providing support for clients with tracheostomy, ventilators and PEG, and have a clean UK driving license.

Requirements:
