About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Rapid Response Coordinator. As a key member of our community mental health function, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate referrals from the Urgent Mental Health Helpline
  • Coordinate Gatekeeping assessments
  • Effectively communicate with Rapid Response Clinicians
  • Manage and coordinate lone working processes
  • Use Electronic patient information systems
