Rapid Response Nurse Specialist

Job Summary
As a Rapid Response Nurse at Superior Healthcare, you will provide clinical support to clients in their own homes when their regular team members are unable to provide care. You will work with clients who have complex health needs, including those requiring interventions such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and gastrostomy care.
About the Role
This is a 2-week rota position with regular hours, and you may also have the opportunity to assist with the training and induction of Healthcare Assistants or Nurses. As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will have the chance to work in a variety of settings and with a range of clients, including those with life-limiting conditions and those requiring bowel management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care to clients in their own homes
- Advocate for clients' best interests and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and support new members of the team on shift
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience
- Experienced in providing support for clients with tracheostomy, ventilators, and PEG
- Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving license
