Rapid Response Nurse

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a challenging role in community care? Superior Healthcare is currently looking for an experienced Rapid Response Nurse to join our complex care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide clinical support to clients in their own homes, working with a wide variety of life-limiting conditions. As a Rapid Response Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient-centered care and advocacy.
The role involves working a 2-week rota with regular hours, supporting clients with complex health needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation, and gastrostomy care. You will also have the opportunity to assist with the training and induction of Healthcare Assistants or Nurses to provide greater support and contingency for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional person-centred care
- Advocating for clients' best interests
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Supporting new members of the team on shift and guiding them through the client's care plan, regular tasks, and important information
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience
- Experience in providing support for clients with tracheostomy, ventilators, and PEG
- Right to work in the UK
- Clean UK driving license
