Head of Aftersales Operations

Job Summary:
As the Head of Aftersales Operations for JCT600, you will oversee all aftersales activities to ensure a highly efficient and profitable operation. With a primary focus on satisfying customers and enhancing customer relationships, you will also ensure the effective management of resources to meet profit targets. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach aftersales teams to achieve objectives and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize aftersales departmental profitability.
- Organize and coordinate effective aftersales marketing to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all Group and Brand aftersales processes and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business success.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Group aftersales strategies and processes.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters high performance and excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to drive business growth.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
