We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our Aftersales department, driving excellence in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As Head of Aftersales, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maximizing departmental profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach Aftersales teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize departmental profitability through effective marketing and sales of labour, parts, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Group and Brand Aftersales processes and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Group Aftersales strategies and processes.
  • Develop and implement effective Aftersales marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Create a high-performance team culture, fostering growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturer motor retail experience is essential.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical skills and knowledge of the retail motor industry.
  • Ability to organize and manage resources, including clerical work, administration, and financial resources.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coach others.
  • Desirable: technical, professional, and engineering qualifications; membership of the Institute of the Motor Industry.
