Head of Aftersales Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Aftersales Operations to join our team at JCT600. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our aftersales teams to achieve exceptional results and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop our aftersales teams to achieve 100% of budgeted financial and operational objectives.
- Organise and implement effective aftersales strategies to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Maximise aftersales departmental profitability through effective marketing and sales of labour, parts, accessories, and other value-added products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all Group and Brand aftersales processes and initiatives.
- Develop and enhance brand relationships to achieve top-quartile performance in all Brand measurements.
- Carry out audits to ensure compliance with Group aftersales strategies and processes.
- Create an environment where our aftersales colleagues can develop and excel within a high-performance team culture.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturer motor retail experience is essential.
- Proven experience of leading and managing successful teams at a high level to deliver results.
- Proven experience in a Service Management capacity is desirable, with a deep understanding of the service core process.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Technical skills, knowledge, and experience of the retail motor industry in a management position.
- Ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems, and financial resources.
- Proven leadership and coaching attributes to lead, influence, and coach others into delivering results.
- Technical, professional, and engineering qualifications are desirable.
- Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry preferred.
- Ability to think strategically.
