We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Aftersales team at our main dealership in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service and Parts department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration staff, Parts department, and drivers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Service and Parts department, including controlling spend and department budgets.
  • Drive customer service excellence and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, support, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the fleet/HGV sector.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong man management and interpersonal skills.
