Guest Relations Complaints Resolution Expert

We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Complaints Resolution Expert to join our team at Holland America Line Inc in Southampton.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer contact throughout the complaint process, providing high-quality service to our guests from across all areas of the guest journey. This includes responding promptly to complaints and managing case loads within agreed service levels and ABTA regulated time frames.
The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, problem-solving skills, and a confident telephone manner. They will also have proven experience in Contact Centre customer services/complaints environment, with travel industry experience being advantageous but not essential.
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working in our Southampton office at 2 days per week. The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
