We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Energy Expert in our Shirley Retail Hub.

This is a part-time role that offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within a dynamic company.

As an Energy Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on energy usage and efficiency to customers
  • Assisting customers with queries related to their energy bills, meters, and services
  • Upselling and cross-selling Utilita's products and services to meet customer needs
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering excellent customer service through multiple channels, including face-to-face, live chat, and phone support
  • Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participating in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in energy efficiency and customer service
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive and solution-focused attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems
