Coffee Shop Operations Manager at Caffè Nero Cranleigh

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Operations Manager to join our team at Caffè Nero Cranleigh. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your basic salary, you will be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to £4,000 per year.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an operations expert to take their career to the next level. As a Coffee Shop Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Area Manager to set business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a team of baristas, supervisors, and other staff members
  • Implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery of products
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
