Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team on a flexible shift basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffees, operating the till, serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making specialty coffees, operating the point-of-sale system, serving beverages, and clearing tables
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Serving ice cream and ensuring the shop floor remains tidy

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista, with a genuine passion for coffee and a focus on quality
• Able to prepare coffee using manual brewing methods (not just bean-to-cup or automatic machines)
• Experience working varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Familiarity with food preparation and food safety practices
• Aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
