Store Manager at Caffè Nero Cranleigh

Caffè Nero Cranleigh is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of coffee and food quality.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your basic salary, you will be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to £5,500 per year.

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a team of baristas, supervisors, and other staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and supplier relationships
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
