Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Barista to join our team at Altitude. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through the preparation of high-quality coffees and provision of excellent service. You will also be required to operate the till, serve drinks, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare specialty coffees, manage the point-of-sale system, serve beverages, and clear tables
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  3. Serve ice cream and ensure the shop floor remains tidy and well-organized

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Barista, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Able to prepare coffee using manual brewing methods, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Experience working varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Familiarity with food preparation and food safety practices
  • Aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements
