An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our show centre at the Notcutts Garden Centre in Cranleigh, Surrey.

We are looking for a sales design consultant who has experience in consultative sales, ideally from within a high value retail or KBB or the furniture sector.

We are an established family business that have been designing and manufacturing luxury garden buildings for over 48years. We have strong links with the National Trust and are proud of the heritage and reputation we hold.

**The role of a Sales Design Consultant**:
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling a range of bespoke, garden buildings direct to the customer. As a confident and outgoing person, you will use your consultative approach and customer service expertise to guide customers through the selection process. Offering a range of bespoke features and colours you will help them realise their vision of the ultimate garden building that best compliments their outdoor space. You do not need to be a design genius as you will be provided with all the tools & training necessary to be successful in the role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
- Proven experience of a consultative sales approach and great customer service
- Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range
- Confidence to overcome objections and close sales

Our Sales Design Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds. Previous sales experience is desirable, however a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must.

As you may be required to conduct visits to customer properties being a driver and having your own transport is essential.

As this role involves working with the public a DBS check will be conducted prior to appointment.

**Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 OTE**
