Key Skills required:
- Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Comfortable working with challenging behaviour
- Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff
- A positive and resilient attitude
- Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable
- Care certificate is desirable
- Own means of transport
