Job Summary

The Henry Martin Group is seeking a skilled Document Controller to oversee the management of project documentation across multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute project documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders in line with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to facilitate the smooth exchange of information.
  • Support project teams in the preparation of documents for submission to clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of document control processes and systems.
  • Handle document archiving at project completion and ensure proper handover of final documentation.
  • Utilize document management software to monitor workflows and documentation progress.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction documentation processes and terminology, as well as proficiency in document management systems.
