Exciting Opportunity for M&E Technical Coordinator

Skilled Careers Ltd is pleased to announce a new opportunity for an M&E Technical Coordinator to join our client, a family-run residential developer based in London.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading residential developer with an impressive turnover of £400M and a portfolio of 10 live projects across London. They are seeking an experienced M&E Technical Coordinator to join their Building Services Team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, providing regular update reports, and attending internal and team meetings. They will also be responsible for reviewing M&E design guides, British standards, and CIBSE guides, and providing technical and robust analysis on M&E systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular update reports on progress and status of various activities and works
  • Attend internal and team meetings and provide input where required
  • Review M&E design guides, British standards, and CIBSE guides
  • Provide technical and robust analysis on M&E systems
  • Compile M&E tender documents and review tender submissions
  • Liaise closely with M&E consultants and engage with manufacturers on M&E systems
  • Monitor and request sub-contractor's electrical and mechanical installation progress

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in residential building services design
  • Minimum HNC/HND qualification in Building Services discipline
  • Good all-round knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
  • Ability to use software packages such as Autodesk products and Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skills and confident in report writing

What We Offer:

Up to £60,000 basic salary, plus £4,500 car allowance, 5% pension, healthcare, and guaranteed 10% bonus.
