Working with Primary Aged Children:
We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves Limited in Kingston-upon-Thames. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with primary-aged children who require additional support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised support to children with additional needs
- Collaborating with teachers to develop effective learning strategies
- Contribute to a safe and respectful classroom environment
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with additional needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
