Job Details:
• Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant
• Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
• Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
• Support children with additional needs in a primary school setting
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive learning outcomes
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent support and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:
• Graduation in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with children with additional needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
