**Job Title:** Behaviour Specialist
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum awaits an enthusiastic graduate or experienced Behaviour Mentor passionate about supporting students with SEN and mental health needs.
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, focusing on their engagement, personal development, and academic progress. As part of our exceptional Secondary School in Kingston, you will collaborate with the school's Pastoral Team to implement effective behaviour management strategies and ensure students are supervised throughout the school day.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and support staff
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with the Pastoral Team to identify and address individual student needs
