Area Manager Support Coordinator

About the Role:
Caterlink is seeking an experienced Area Manager Support to join our team. As an Area Manager Support, you will be responsible for providing support to our Area Managers, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are maintained across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Area Managers in the delivery of our operations and people management strategies
- Drive standards of excellence and build strong relationships with teams and clients
- Deliver annual ESB compliance and auditing in schools, ensuring that our reputation for food quality and service is enhanced
- Administer unit controls and maintain company records across all sites within your remit
- Support the teams when needed, rolling up your sleeves to ensure the success of our operations
