Our client is a market leader in the interior design industry, with a reputation for excellence and innovation. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in Scotland, working closely with trade partners to deliver high-quality products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TRADE PARTNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with trade partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- A collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results as part of a high-performing team.
