GCS Associates is seeking a Regional Trade Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in branch management, preferably within the construction industry. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a deep understanding of the local market and competitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local market and competitors to inform business decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in branch management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

**The Salary:**

We offer a salary of £58,000-£68,000 per annum, plus bonus, plus car, plus benefits, making this a very attractive opportunity for an experienced professional.
