Our Government Services division administers the TRICARE Overseas Program, providing high-quality healthcare services to U.Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas.
About the Role
As a Content Manager - Workforce Enablement, you will be part of our dynamic Government Services division. This role requires creating and optimising content assets, onboarding resources, and training materials for our global operations teams. You will oversee our Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce Knowledgebase, and Learning Management Systems to deliver high-quality, accessible content that empowers our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Management: Lead our CMS and Knowledgebase, ensuring content is current, easily accessible, and aligns with our brand standards.
- Knowledgebase: Create, maintain, and update Knowledge sites/pages on SharePoint.
- Asset Creation: Use best practices in instructional design to create a library of job aids, FAQs, and self-service training resources that foster continuous learning.
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple content projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Innovation in Enablement: Identify and implement new tools and strategies to enhance workforce learning, using systems like Salesforce and LMS.
About You
We are looking for an experienced asset creation professional who brings: Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Clinical, Digital Innovation, and other teams to identify needs and create aligned content solutions. Additionally, you should have a strong background in Innovative Approach: Instructional design, content strategy, and project management. Passion for continuous improvement and driving new ideas for content effectiveness.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is approximately £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
