Digital Sales Enablement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Viasat. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of Product Management Programs.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all sectors have access to easily accessible and centrally stored content that supports the customer journey at every stage. This includes working closely with partners across the business to manage the product development process and embed a sales-ready process into it.

In this role, you will also be responsible for administering and supporting timely, accurate, and appropriate sales content in our strategic sales enablement platform (Seismic). Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, communications, and virtual sessions for the global sales organization.

You will be the driving force behind creating and supporting a high-performing sales team with a culture of constant learning. This includes assisting with the provision of sales skills training and coaching.

To be successful in this role, you must have solid experience in a Sales Enablement role, with expertise in Seismic and Salesforce. You should be confident in delivering sales training across the business and have strong analytical skills to maximize available data, metrics, and trends.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
