Main Tasks:

  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, supporting team functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high standards in document management and data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle sensitive information, ideally with experience in medical or legal administration, including understanding medical terminology.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven administration experience, preferably in a medical or legal setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Arrangements:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible working hours available for the right candidate.

Pay Rate:

£25-£30 per hour, Temporary to Permanent contract.
