About the Role

Long-term Teachers Ltd is seeking a Primary and Secondary SEN Support Worker to join our team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support in a mainstream or special school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a group or 1:1 setting
  • Developing and implementing customized support plans to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborating with the educational team to ensure student progress and achievement

Requirements:

  • Current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Passion for working with children in SEN settings
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Minimum of level 3 qualification or equivalent
