Join Our Team as a Customer Insight Executive
Salt is seeking an experienced Customer Insight Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing key account strategies, identifying opportunities for consultancy, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

As a Customer Insight Executive, you will contribute to expanding our services and growing our client base.

Responsibilities
This role involves:
• Developing and implementing key account strategies to effectively manage supplier relationships
• Identifying opportunities for consultancy within key client accounts
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients and fostering strong relationships
• Overseeing the commercial management of Data & Insights Consultancy revenue streams
• Ensuring high-impact consultancy projects through delivery management
• Increasing the visibility of Data & Insights within the business

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in an insight role, with a strong ability to build insights and tell stories with data. A background in consumer insights, analytics, market research, or marketing function – preferably in Retail, FMCG, or consultancy – is essential. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and experience with insight practices and/or other customer data sets and tools are also required.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £43,000 to £48,000, depending on experience. In addition to a bonus structure, we provide opportunities for career progression, training, and development programs.
