About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Sage Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication

Requirements

You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
