Support Care Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Support Care Professional in Ripley. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes.
Salary Information:
The hourly rate for this position is £13.20ph + 35p mileage, offering a competitive salary and benefits package that includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication according to individual care plans.
- Provide practical support with daily living activities including shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Requirements:
No prior social care experience is necessary; we welcome applicants who demonstrate compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills within a supportive team environment.
