Job DescriptionWe are seeking to appoint inspirational SEND Teaching Assistants to support our classes within school. The successful candidates will work closely with the teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities- To provide individualized support to students with SEND, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- To work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and involvement in their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- To contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive practices across the school.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Knowledge and understanding of SEND and its impact on children's education.

We estimate an annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
