Job Title: Climate Action Strategic Lead

Job Description:

Are you passionate about climate action and sustainability? Do you have experience in programme management and team leadership? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Climate Action Strategic Lead to join our team at CRA GROUP RECRUITMENT AND PAYROLL LTD.

The Climate Action Strategic Lead will play a key role in delivering our net zero carbon programme. You will be responsible for working closely with our Climate Action team to develop and implement strategies to reduce our carbon footprint. This will involve managing multiple work streams, developing collaboration plans, and driving a culture change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions
  • Manage multiple work streams and develop collaboration plans
  • Drive a culture change within the organization
  • Work closely with the Climate Action team to deliver the net zero carbon programme

Requirements:

  • Experience in programme management and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of climate change policies and strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
