Drive Sales Growth in the Agricultural Sector:
Tructyre Fleet Management Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in the agricultural sector. This exciting opportunity will see you develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned region of Scotland, build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals. With a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will be a valuable asset to our team. In addition to a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, you will also receive quarterly commission, annual bonus, company car, company pension, employee discount, and health & wellbeing programme.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on business development.
* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to travel within the assigned region.
* Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
