About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Transformation Team as a Digital PMO Officer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery and communication of our business change portfolio across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to projects using PRINCE2 or Agile project management methods
  • Develop and maintain processes, including performance dashboards, reports, risk management, and benefits registers
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, and Business Analyst to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, management, and technical staff within Digital Services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Undergraduate or HND/HNC level education in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in providing support to projects using PRINCE2 or Agile project management methods
  • Strong coordination, communication, organisation, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Project
  • Desirable experience in using Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform
