Job Title: Digital Transformation Communications Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Communications Lead to join our team at Logic Engagements Ltd. As a key member of our Supply Chain and Procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to support our Digital Supply Chain/Procurement change programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategy: Create a communications strategy and plan to engage stakeholders and impacted business communities in the adoption of Digital Supply Chain ways of working.
  • Communications Campaigns: Design and deploy communication campaigns to inform, engage, and motivate people to successfully make the transition to new ways of working.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong stakeholder engagement through two-way interactions and lead Comms leads for programmes and Category/Function teams to effectively localize and cascade Digital Supply Chain communications.
  • Measure and Evaluate: Introduce the power of data and analytics capabilities to measure the effectiveness of communications and take remediation actions as needed.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate and align with Programme Thread teams to incorporate key messages on behavioural/cultural changes into learning content and the wider communications community.
  • Third-Party Management: Manage third-party service providers in their communications remit and own progress reporting and issues removal deliverables for the Digital Supply Chain programme.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in planning and managing communications campaigns and creating content that successfully supports people through change for complex transformational projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate communication channels, ability to innovate to generate excitement and increase engagement, strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Viva Engage, Teams, etc.).
