Job Title: Business Development Director

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Financial Services sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Financial Services firms to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for Version 1's services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client-facing presentations, proposals, and tender responses.
  • Lead the development of sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to promote Version 1's services and solutions to Financial Services firms.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong background in the Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
