About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at TSG. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities within the SME market. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure solutions will be crucial in delivering new customer wins and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to drive revenue and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and C-suite executives
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches and presentations to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to underpin target achievement
  • Accurately forecast sales and track progress against targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Extensive business development experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure solutions, with a deep understanding of the SME market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery
